I am Coşkun Subaşı, an ICT Business Leader with over 23 years of progressive experience spanning software development, systems integration, program management, and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Program Manager at DİAS Teknoloji in Istanbul, I specialize in stakeholder management, project implementation, and delivering complex technology solutions for enterprise clients.
My professional journey includes significant leadership roles at globally recognized technology companies. As a Program Director at Ericsson (2014-2017), I led delivery teams for transformation programs across the RMEA region, managing P&L responsibilities for budgets ranging from $5M to $35M and overseeing teams of 30-100 dedicated resources. At Microsoft (2020-2023), I managed Professional Services presales in the Azure for Operators Organization, preparing propositions for 5G and Network Cloud RFPs globally. During my tenure at Affirmed Networks (2017-2020), I was responsible for delivering customer projects across Turkey, CIS, Greece, Finland, and the Telenor Group, managing partner resources and driving business development.
As an AI enthusiast and entrepreneur, I founded Easify AI in 2023, an artificial intelligence company headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. Easify AI is dedicated to democratizing AI technology by providing intuitive solutions that drive measurable business results for organizations of all technical skill levels. Our mission is to make AI accessible, practical, and transformative for businesses worldwide.
I am a certified graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Digital Transformation Professional Education Program, where I completed an intensive year-long study program. This certification, received from Prof. Abel Sanchez, has further strengthened my expertise in leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments.
